I got the chance to shoot a Tim Horton's commercial last April with a great production house that goes by the name of, "Spy films". Shasta Lutz from Jigsaw was the casting director on this project and she also cast me in the "Blind Date" commercial for the Vancouver Science Center.

I recently shot a promo video for Telus. It was a "Wheel of Fortune" spoof for internal use. I played Vanna White in her early days of course with a gentleman named Ted Bisaillion, who played Pat Sajak. They changed our names to Matt and Hanna and put me in a bright, blond wig (I now know I can never be a blond) and a hideous, yet perfect purple gown. I gained an extra ten pounds worth of fake diamonds that day, which is always nice.

Sometimes it seems like there's not many comedy auditions out there, so when this project came along I was excited that it was in sketch comedy format. Each episode was only a few minutes in length and each actor had the opportunity to play several different characters, which is always good for an actor's demo reel.

I remember getting the script for this commercial and the casting director was looking for someone who could speak really fast, ramble on while improvising, and who could be a disaster date. For the people who personally know me....I don't need to say much more!

"Son of the Sunshine" was a feature film I shot in the summer of 2009. It was written and directed by Ryan Ward, produced by Paul Fler and Chayse Irvin was our director of photography. It was Ryan's first feature length film and since it's completion we have been nominated for three awards and won nine, including "Best feature film", "Best ensemble cast" and "The audience choice award" at various film festivals around the world.
